Gesibela Sousa || Clinical Life Coach 

Gesibela is a graduate of Simmons College School of Social Work. Gesibela was born in Cape Verde and migrated to the US with her family as a teenager. Before joining TBCC, Gesibela worked as In-Home Behavior Monitor at Gandara Center, where she worked with youth and their family in managing and improving behavioral challenges. While completing her MSW at Simmons College, Gesibela was a social work intern at TechBoston Academy in the Path Program, where she provided social emotional support to students. Gesibela previously interned with TBCC’s embedded program at St. Stephen’s Youth Program. Gesibela joined TBCC as the Clinical Life Success Coach at the McCormack where she provides therapeutic support services to students. Her multilingual ability and multi-cultural lenses has allowed Gesibela to work with people of diverse ethnic backgrounds and from all age groups, mainly immigrants where her passion lies.
