Monique Veale || Metco Coordinator, Dover-Sherborn Schools
Monique Marshall Veale has over 25 years of experience working with children and families from various walks of life, cultures, and socio-economic backgrounds in both urban and suburban environments. Monique’s primary focus has been in academic and social enrichment programs for children and adolescents. She was the founding director of C.A.T.C.H. and Smart-Kids after school programs in Roxbury, and has served in leadership positions for Boston-based organizations and Massachusetts school districts. Monique also has many years of experience in culturally responsive work including focus group facilitation, program assessment and strategic planning. She serves on the Weston METCO Scholarship and Funderburg Scholars Program Boards and a variety of community boards committed to anti-racist practices, family engagement, education and project-based learning.
