Morgan Beckford || Youth Development & Leadership Pathway Director

Morgan Beckford serves as theYouth Development & Leadership Pathway Director for Trinity Boston Connects. She has formerly held administrative and artistic roles with the Community Music Center of Boston, Opera Memphis, and the Memphis Music Initiative, and most recently collaborated with the Silkroad Education and Social Impact Team to design middle school arts residencies in California, Florida, and Massachusetts. In all of her administrative roles, Morgan has always worked to ensure that her audiences and partners experience equitable, relevant, and excellent programming that uplifts the needs of the communities served. When not in the office, Morgan regularly sings at Trinity Church Boston as part of the staff singer team and has recently performed as a soloist with Opera on Tap at Boston City Winery, Boston’s New Gallery Concert Series, Cambridge Public Library’s Sacred Songs and Rituals series, and as the Louise. T Archer Artist-in-Residence at St. Mary’s Episcopal School in Memphis, TN, where she highlighted sacred and secular vocal works by Black composers.
