Marchelle Jacques-Yarde || Director of Development and Communications

Marchelle D. Jacques-Yarde brings 15 years of experience in nonprofit development, specializing in fundraising, community engagement, and strategic partnerships. A first-generation Haitian-American, she is dedicated to donor relations, institutional giving, and program development that drive meaningful impact.

A Northeastern University Double Husky, Marchelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management with a concentration in Fundraising and Marketing. Her education has provided her with a strong foundation in both the theory and practice of nonprofit management.

Throughout her career, Marchelle has built lasting partnerships between organizations and their communities, developed successful fundraising strategies, expanded giving programs, and created sustainable engagement initiatives that benefit both donors and the communities they serve.

At TBC, Marchelle will leverage her expertise in relationship-building and strategic development to strengthen partnerships and expand the organization’s impact.

Outside of work, Marchelle enjoys musical theater and the arts. She is also a proud wife and mother, balancing her dedication to nonprofit leadership with her love for family and community.
