Shandira Soto || Restorative Practices Assistant Manager

Shandira (she/they) was raised in Boston in a Dominican household. Her work aims to support youth who share her story and aspects of her identity. She joined Trinity Boston Connects first as a 9th grade supervisor with TEEP and then as a Restorative Practices Assistant Manager in the fall of 2025. She is currently pursuing her Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work and has an interest in working with young adults, groups, and families. Given the correlation between her studies and her work with TBC, she has taken an active role in developing programing for our TEEP summer program as well as connecting with the youth in our Sole Train Sites. Outside of work, Shandira likes to read, write, and crochet.

Steven Turner-Parker || Youth Development & Leadership (YDL) Coordinator

Steven (He/Him) joined Trinity Boston Connects in May 2025. Born and raised in Roxbury, Massachusetts, he takes pride in helping Boston’s youth build their pathways to success. Steven has extensive experience in nonprofit organizations focused on youth engagement, development, and empowerment. He has worked with organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters, Madison Park Development Corporation, and the Boys and Girls Club, making a positive impact in various communities throughout Boston.

Steven earned his BA in Journalism and Communications, with a minor in African American Studies, from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. As the Youth Development & Leadership (YDL) Coordinator at TBC, he is excited to assist with the coordination and execution of day-to-day program logistics. In his free time, Steven enjoys attending local concerts and watching New England sports teams.

Dylan Ramsdell || Interim Director, Youth Development & Leadership Pathway

Dylan Ramsdell is a passionate Youth Development Leader and Program Strategist with over 12 years of experience advancing social equity, cultivating emerging leaders, and designing impactful initiatives for youth and families. As the Leadership and Development Manager at Trinity Boston Connects, he is committed to empowering Boston’s youth and families through leadership development, strategic partnerships, and equity-focused programming. He has worked extensively throughout New Hampshire, across MetroWest Massachusetts, and now in Boston, leading programs that empower young people, strengthen communities, and expand access to opportunities. Dylan has successfully expanded student engagement initiatives, led professional development for educators and mentors, and built strong community partnerships to increase access to resources. With a background in program development, curriculum design, and strategic planning, he is passionate about creating transformative, inclusive programs that drive lasting change.

Emily Hutchinson || Part-Time Operations Specialist

Emily (she/her) joined Trinity Boston Connects in January 2025. She joins us from a line of nonprofit work with a focus on youth engagement, youth empowerment, and youth development. She earned her BA in Sociology and Philosophy, and a minor in Education at St. Lawrence University. Emily loves functional chaos and thrives in busy settings. She enjoys all things outdoors – hiking, swimming, camping, etc., loves finding and making a new recipe, tending to her plants, traveling, a good movie, and spending time with her friends and loved ones. She loves all things community oriented, building and nurturing, and feels so lucky to be surrounded by the people she has in her life. She is excited to be a part of TBC as the Operations Specialist – supporting on cross-departmental tasks and being even just a small piece of the large impact this organization has on our community! In her free time, you can find her in the Fells with her dog Quillo, knitting on the couch with her cat Lee, or on an adventure with her partner Cole.

Fiona Kelly || Development Events and Communications Manager

Fiona Kelly (she/her) joined Trinity Boston Connects in June 2024 as the Development Events and Communications Manager. She graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration, Marketing Concentration and minors in Ethics and Psychology from Northeastern University in 2024. She has worked in the event management field since 2020 and is proud to contribute to TBC’s meaningful programs alongside her colleagues. Outside of work, Fiona loves attending concerts, reading, playing soccer, and having game nights with friends.

Christina Castle || Associate Director, Institutional Giving

Christina Castle (she/her) joined TBC in September of 2023, coming from a Corporate Social Responsibility and health philanthropy background. She studied Sociology at the University of Rhode Island (‘16), which cemented her passion for social justice, social movements, and systemic change work. Christina hails from Providence, Rhode Island, where she lives with her husband, Dave, her dog, Peanut, and two cats, Happy and Little Carrots.

Colleen Meade || Administrative Assistant, TBCC

Colleen joined the Trinity Boston Connects team in August 2021 as the Administrative Assistant of the Trinity Boston Counseling Center. Initially an educator herself, Colleen has personally experienced the strain youth workers face. Colleen has lived in Massachusetts her whole life and holds a B.A. in Early Childhood Education from Curry College. When she is away from Trinity, Colleen enjoys reading, traveling, hiking, and anything remotely crafty. She is a self-proclaimed animal nut and sitcom connoisseur.

Aerin Marshall-Barnes || Equity Practitioner, OEP 

Aerin Marshall-Barnes (she/her/hers) is an equity facilitator, practitioner, and business infrastructure enhancement specialist with 7 years of experience. Much of her professional experience and career has been centered in non-profits and non-profit management, with a specialty in building and sustaining teams. She currently serves as an equity practitioner, executive administrator, and consultant supporting whole organizations on their equity strategy, team functioning, and infrastructure processes with a human-centered equity lens. Aerin’s experience as a middle manager, program manager, consultant and infrastructure enhancement specialist has centered her on building and supporting inclusive teams and imagining what equitable human-centered workplaces could be.

Aka Denjongpa || Chief Program Officer

Aka Denjongpa is an equity-driven leader with 15 years of experience in education and business, recognized for turning ideas into impactful solutions. He has a proven record of developing innovative programs, scaling partnerships, and building diverse, high-performing teams to drive meaningful change. 

At DSST Public Schools, Aka led project-based STEM initiatives and piloted Denver Public Schools’ financial literacy graduation requirement. At Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern MA, he introduced a new partnership model to enhance diversity and mentorship impact. Earlier, he co-founded Taktse, a school in the Indian Himalayas focused on blending tradition with innovation.

Aka holds degrees in International Development, Business, and an MBA, with expertise in program design, strategic planning, and inclusive leadership. Known for creative problem-solving and cross-cultural collaboration, he thrives in roles that combine entrepreneurial thinking with social impact.

Quinn Tao || Finance Associate 

Quinn became a member of Trinity Boston Connects in Jan 2021 as the Finance Assistant. Raised in China, Quinn came to the United States for school in 2011, and fell in love with Boston while getting her B.S. in Business Administration and Management at Boston University. She worked in the finance industry prior to her journey at TBC, and she is proud to do some meaningful work by assisting her coworkers in the different programs here. Outside of work, Quinn loves building Legos, crafting, swimming, and traveling.
