Diana M. Ubiñas is an innovative leader with extensive experience in strategic marketing, program management, and advancing inclusive investment in underserved markets. With a career rooted in developing community-centered initiatives, she has partnered with mission-driven organizations and civic institutions to strengthen economic opportunity and equity. Diana’s expertise spans nonprofit strategy, multicultural marketing, and cross-sector partnerships — and she currently applies this experience as an independent consultant, collaborating with organizations to elevate impact-driven programs and events, most recently supporting Conexión’s 20th Anniversary Celebration and other leadership development efforts. Her professional background also includes marketing leadership, academic instruction, and managing strategic projects that bridge community needs with organizational goals. ​

Diana holds a Bachelor of Arts from Wellesley College and an MBA from Babson College, grounding her work in both rigorous business strategy and a deep commitment to community impact. Creelea Henderson Pangaro, Esq. || Attorney | Trustee & Second Vice President at Boston Athenæum

Creelea H. Pangaro is a legal professional and board leader with deep roots in civic and cultural institutions. She practices law in Boston, with experience as a children and family law attorney and advocate focused on public interest and community-oriented legal services, including her work with Committee for Public Counsel Services and the Family Law Project at the Women’s Bar Foundation of Massachusetts. Prior to this, she served as a judicial law clerk for the Massachusetts Appeals Court, where she supported the appellate legal processes. ​

Creelea also brings significant nonprofit governance expertise to the Board, serving as a Trustee of the Boston Athenæum, one of the nation’s oldest independent libraries and cultural organizations. In that role, she has contributed to long-range planning and institutional stewardship that support the library’s mission and community engagement. Her academic foundation includes a BA from the University of California, Berkeley and both a JD and graduate studies from Boston University School of Law.​

Linda Davidson, Esq. || Attorney

Linda Davidson is an attorney by profession. She began The Davidson Law Practice in 1999 where she provided legal services in the areas of real estate, zoning, consumer transactions, and other civil matters for clients in metropolitan Boston. Prior to entering the private sector, she practiced utility law as counsel to the Consumer Division of the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities. ​

Ms. Davidson is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School, where she distinguished herself in oral advocacy. She began her professional career as an urban planner, having earned a master’s degree in regional planning from the University of Michigan, and is a graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy. ​

Ms. Davidson is a member of Trinity Church in Boston where she and her husband have been active participants in the life of the parish for more than 40 years. She has taught Sunday school and has served on the Vestry and several other Trinity committees. Ms. Davidson previously served on the boards of Fenway High School in Boston and Shady Hill School in Cambridge. Currently, Ms. Davidson serves on the board of directors of LCR-Lawyers for Civil Rights and is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

Ebi D. Okara, Ed.D. || Licensed Psychologist, Founder & Owner of Metis Psychological Associates, LLC

Dr. Ebi D. Okara is the founder and owner of Metis Psychological Associates, LLC., a private mental health group practice, which was established in 2009 and has locations in both Randolph and Medfield, MA. He has been a clinical psychologist for over 25 years. He completed his psychology internship at the Center for Multicultural Training in Psychology in the Department of Psychiatry at Boston University School of Medicine/Boston Medical Center (BMC). After his internship, he completed a Forensic Mental Health post-doctoral fellowship (part-time) at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School.

Dr. Okara was born and raised in Nigeria until he immigrated to the United States to study at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee where he graduated with a BA in Biology. He subsequently received his master’s and doctorate degrees in Psychology from Tennessee State University in Nashville, TN. He has been providing individual, couples, family and marital therapy at Metis Psychological Associates, LLC, as a Licensed Psychologist Provider since he founded the practice in 2009.

Dr. Okara has been a member of Trinity Episcopal Church Boston for over three decades where he has served on the Vestry and is currently an Usher. He is very active in his community and served on the Board of Directors of the South Shore Chamber of Commerce and currently serves on the Boards of Envision Bank Charitable Foundation and Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Milton. Dr. Okara is married and the father of an adult son. He and his wife live in Canton, MA.

Dr. Hardin L.K. Coleman || Dean Emeritus & Professor Emeritus

Dr. Hardin L.K. Coleman retired as a professor of counseling psychology & applied human development at Boston University Wheelock College of Education & Human Development in 2025. His university career focused on the preparation of professional school counselors to apply an ecological systems perspective to their work and the role of universities in facilitating equal opportunity for all. ​

Dr. Coleman’s research focuses on a) developing culturally relevant interventions for adolescents within schools, b) understanding the strategies adolescents use to cope with cultural diversity and the impact of those choices on self-esteem and academic self-efficacy, and c) how the use of school improvement science can help schools increase equitable access to high quality learning opportunities for all students. ​

Dr. Coleman serves on youth serving boards and committees such as the Wabun Foundation, Germantown Friends School, and the Equity in Civics Steering Committee for Generation Citizen. He also served on the Boston Public School Committee for nine years. In addition, he has published in journals such as the Counseling Psychologist and the Professional School Counselor.  He has co-edited several handbooks, including The Handbook of School Counseling and The Intersection of Race, Class, and Gender in Multicultural Counseling.

William Tomlinson, PhD || Director of Artificial Intelligence, Plymouth Rock Assurance

William Tomlinson is a proven servant technical leader with over a decade of industry experience in hardware and software development and leading large-scale interdisciplinary technical initiatives. Currently, William serves as a Director of Artificial Intelligence (AI) at Plymouth Rock Assurance, where he plays a key role in shaping enterprise-wide AI strategy while leading the execution and delivery of innovative products and solutions that bring that strategy to life through the application of cutting-edge AI technologies.

Prior to this role, William served as the Director of the Software & Application Innovation Lab (SAIL) at Boston University, the institution’s professionally staffed software engineering firm. There, he was responsible for overseeing operations, shaping, and implementing long-term strategic plans, managing organizational growth, and developing new opportunities and partnerships. Before joining SAIL, William held the roles of Principal Engineer and Group Leader (technical manager) for the Embedded & Communications Systems Group at Draper Laboratory (Cambridge, MA). In this role, he demonstrated proficiency in business development, strategic planning, program management, and the development of mission-critical systems for wireless communications.

William received his Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Northeastern University and an M.S. and B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University and North Carolina A&T State University, respectively.
