Debbie Johnson || Vice President, Clinical Operations at IDRx.

Debbie Johnson serves as the Vice President of Clinical Operations at IDRx and has almost 25 years’ experience in the healthcare and biopharmaceutical industry. She received her B.S in Healthcare Administration from Northeastern University. With a focus on partnership and collaboration Debbie has a passion for leadership, service, and high-quality project execution.  Debbie embraces the opportunity to rally folks towards a common purpose, by setting an example which inspires faith and confidence. An avid reader, a published author and world traveler, Debbie lives in Randolph with her husband and four children. A mantra she lives by is: ‘A leader takes people where they want to go. A great leader takes people where they don’t necessarily want to go, but ought to be.’ Every day she endeavors to be a great leader.
