Alicia Ridenour || Associate Director, Sole Train; Consultant, Organizational Equity Practice
Alicia joined Trinity Boston Connects in July 2014 and was inspired to become a part of the Sole Train family because of her passion for young people’s health and wellbeing. She has spent over a decade in the nonprofit sector, primarily working with young people at such organizations as Roads to Success, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Massachusetts Bay, and the Hyde Square Task Force. Additionally, Alicia has been committed to organizational equity work for a number of years, most formally in her time with the Boston Public Health Commission’s Center for Health Equity and Social Justice and Anti-Racism Advisory Committee, as well as at TBC, where she Co-Chairs the internal equity team and consults with TBC’s Organizational Equity Practice. Alicia grew up in Peru, Mexico, and Taiwan and received her BA from Brown University and a double Master’s in Social Work and Public Health from Boston University. Outside of work, Alicia enjoys reading, participating in book clubs, cooking, and traveling.
