Aka Denjongpa || Chief Program Officer

Aka Denjongpa is an equity-driven leader with 15 years of experience in education and business, recognized for turning ideas into impactful solutions. He has a proven record of developing innovative programs, scaling partnerships, and building diverse, high-performing teams to drive meaningful change. 

At DSST Public Schools, Aka led project-based STEM initiatives and piloted Denver Public Schools’ financial literacy graduation requirement. At Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern MA, he introduced a new partnership model to enhance diversity and mentorship impact. Earlier, he co-founded Taktse, a school in the Indian Himalayas focused on blending tradition with innovation.

Aka holds degrees in International Development, Business, and an MBA, with expertise in program design, strategic planning, and inclusive leadership. Known for creative problem-solving and cross-cultural collaboration, he thrives in roles that combine entrepreneurial thinking with social impact.
