Jeannette Fiala, PhD || Senior Director, Innovations Operations, Mass General Brigham

Jeannette leads the Contract Compliance team, which drives operational initiatives that enhance the Innovation office’s business performance and grow revenue through dedicated stewardship of the Innovation deal portfolio. She also develops cross-function process improvements that support revenue-bearing activities, robust analytics, and financial and legal transactions. She also has led a team responsible for the commercialization of technology developed by clinicians and researchers in the Mass General Cancer Center and in the immunology and pathology divisions of Mass General Brigham hospitals. Jeannette has a PhD in biochemistry and completed her post-doctoral studies in engineering, both at MIT. She is a Trinity Church member and lives in the South End. She and her family have been active in Sole Train, and her husband Josh has run the Marathon on behalf of TBC.
