With a distinguished 40-year career in the financial sector, Mike Parker has established a reputation as a seasoned professional and a dedicated community leader. Over the span of 25 years, Mike served as a Senior Banker at several major banks in Boston, where he honed his expertise in financial management and strategic planning.

In addition to his banking career, Mike is the Founder and Managing Partner of Essex Flagship Investor Group, a private investment firm that provides crucial capital to energy businesses.

Mike has also held C-suite positions in early-stage growth companies, bringing valuable leadership and insight to these dynamic environments. His governance experience is extensive, having served on the boards of both commercial and non-profit organizations. This includes a tenure as a Board member and Board Chair of Trinity Boston Connects, where he played a pivotal role in guiding the organization’s leadership transition.

Currently, Mike continues to contribute to the community as a Board member and Treasurer of the Roxbury Presbyterian Social Impact Center.
