Dylan Ramsdell is a passionate Youth Development Leader and Program Strategist with over 12 years of experience advancing social equity, cultivating emerging leaders, and designing impactful initiatives for youth and families. As the Leadership and Development Manager at Trinity Boston Connects, he is committed to empowering Boston’s youth and families through leadership development, strategic partnerships, and equity-focused programming. He has worked extensively throughout New Hampshire, across MetroWest Massachusetts, and now in Boston, leading programs that empower young people, strengthen communities, and expand access to opportunities. Dylan has successfully expanded student engagement initiatives, led professional development for educators and mentors, and built strong community partnerships to increase access to resources. With a background in program development, curriculum design, and strategic planning, he is passionate about creating transformative, inclusive programs that drive lasting change.
