Tyler Josma || Youth Development and Leadership Coordinator

Tyler Josma (He/Him) grew up in Northeast Philly and joined Sole Train during high school shortly after moving to Boston, before transitioning to the Youth Development & Leadership Coordinator. The time spent with Trinity Boston Connects, coupled with experience working with Youth Guidance and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, inspired his career focused on the development of youth, inspiring the next generations to continue to be curious and seek new pathways of growth.

Tyler earned a BA in English from Suffolk University and is excited to be a part of the TBC team as the Youth Development & Leadership Coordinator. In his free time, he enjoys writing poetry, going to local film festivals and open mics, or playing sports.
