Shandira Soto || Youth Development Pathway Specialist

Shandira (she/they) was raised in Boston in a Dominican household. Her work aims to support youth who share her story and aspects of her identity. She joined Trinity Boston Connects first as a 9th grade supervisor with TEEP and then as a Youth Development Pathway Specialist in the fall of 2025. She is currently pursuing her Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work and has an interest in working with young adults, groups, and families. Given the correlation between her studies and her work with TBC, she has taken an active role in developing programing for our TEEP summer program as well as connecting with the youth in our Sole Train Sites. Outside of work, Shandira likes to read, write, and crochet.
