Adina Davidson, LICSW || Manager of Restorative Practices and School Climate

Adina joined Trinity Boston Connects in the spring of 2014 and is currently the Associate Director of School Climate and Restorative Justice Practices at Trinity@McCormack. Adina has been working in some way with youth, families, and community, for over 30 years. For her, social work has always been a vehicle to support relationships and promote social change. The interconnection between emotional wellbeing and social justice has shaped her work and her life. She is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and has been a clinician with young people and families, a program manager, a supervisor and a trainer. At Trinity @ McCormack, she is part of implementing Restorative and Circle practices, as a way to build trust and shared values, while dealing with root causes of conflict and harm. She is also actively working to support collaborative relationships and strengthen the system of care between schools, family and the larger community. She was born in Chicago, and came to Boston by way of the University of Michigan and Fordham University School of Social work. She lives in Somerville MA with her family and is currently in search of a hobby.
